Expertise Thursdays: Nike Virtual Store

Nike has launched a virtual pop-up store where shoppers can access limited edition items. This includes AM720-themed water bottles, socks, and stickers.

All merchandise in the store has been digitized and hovers in the space, allowing for 360° views either via desktop or smartphone.

To assist customers in the shopping journey, Nike has deployed virtual avatars of its many collaborators acting as virtual sales assistants.
